Job Description: SAP MDG Solution Architect
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an SAP MDG Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting end-to-end solutions for proposals and project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical Solution Architecture: Oversee the architecture throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing business development, presales, scoping, design, development, and ongoing operations.
- Client Support: Assist clients with the selection, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, including design, configuration, and testing.
- Functional Expertise: Provide expertise during design activities and conduct gap analyses prior to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and solution new SAP MDG opportunities, manage large consulting engagements, and contribute to the development of the SAP Hybris practice.
- Lead analyses of complex applications and business processes necessary for MDM implementations across various technologies (SAP MDM/MDG).
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements for MDM.
- Define To-Be Architecture for MDM/MDG in alignment with business goals.
- Design top-tier solutions for clients to effectively utilize SAP MDG applications.
- Create detailed design and functional specifications and collaborate closely with development teams for solution deployment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Implementation experience with MDM solutions in both SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Proven expertise in Master Data Management consulting and solutioning within heterogeneous landscapes and developing custom data objects.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP or S/4 data architecture and models.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Functional understanding of different SAP ERP or S/4 master data domains, including but not limited to customer, supplier, material/product, and finance.
- Experience in helping clients establish their Master Data Organization and governance structure, including roles and responsibilities.
