In this role, you will:Be accountable for a complex portfolio of customersShare leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accountsIdentify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolioReview and analyze the decision process for customer accounts and evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolioVerify compliance and report identified issues for resolutionMake decisions on complex customer issuesPartner with managers to resolve issues and provides status updates on implementationsDevelop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsHandle complex customer issues which include escalation and resolutionLead team and serve as a subject matter expert for the departmentCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:Knowledge and understanding of middle market commercial bankingCustomer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutionsKnowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentAbility to identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in moderately complex customer transactionsTreasury experienceAbility to manage client relationshipsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsFace-to-face customer service experienceKnowledge and understanding of business banking compliance controls, risk management, and loss preventionExperience partnering/collaborating with Commercial Banking Group and/or a Wholesale groupExtensive knowledge and understanding of Commercial or specialty group servicing operationsKnowledge of various systems used to support Commercial Banking clients including Hogan, WCIS, Cornerstone, TM Legal Wizard, WCAO, Relationship View, Service View, SVP & WICE
