Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and enhancing user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to perform independently and become an SME. – Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. – Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. – Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. – Ensure the applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of end-users. – Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. – Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. – Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. – Assist in the documentation of application design and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration. – Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. – Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. – Experience in configuring and customizing Servicenow applications. – Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML. – Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management concepts. Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. – This position is based at our Thiruvananthapuram office. – A 15 years full time education is required.
